1. 1 can of Sunlee Coconut Milk

2. 3 Tbsp. Sunlee Green Curry Paste

3. 450 gram of Sliced Chicken 

4. 1.5 cup Bamboo Shoots (slices or strips)

5. 2 Tbsps. Palm Sugar or Granulated Sugar

6. 1.5 Tbsps. Fish Sauce

7. 2 Tbsps. Cooking Oil

8. 1 Cup of Water

9. 3-4 kaffir lime leaves

10. 1 handful Thai Basil leaves

11. 2 spur Chilies or Thai Chilies

Preparation

1. Prepare Sunlee Green Curry and Sunlee Coconut Milk 

2. Wash the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking and Serve

1. Put green curry paste to a pan and stir it.

2. Add coconut milk in a pan by use medium heat. Boil it around 5 minute or Puff the fragrant

3.  Put the chicken and boil for 1-2 minutes add then put Bamboo Shoots, fish sauce, sugar, water.

4. Put kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil and Chilies.

5. boil it 5 minute and then serve in a bowl.
